On the 25th of May 2016 I moved to Finland with my wife. We live on the countryside near the lovely small town Pälkäne. We run a small permaculture called Beyond Buckthorns and we work in our marketing company Chase & Snow. 2017 is the 100th Anniversary of Finland's Independence. Therefore this series contains 100 photos.

The Leaves
We collect all kinds of herbs and leaves and dry them. We use them as teas. Pretty tasyt - and healthy of course.

First potatoes
In the book "Finnen von Sinnen" the author describes the Fins as "Potatoe eaters". And I have to admit: I love to eat potatoes to.
